With the release of Crown Tundra DLC the Galarian forms of the legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres have been added in Pokemon Sword and Shield. All of these have been reimagined for the new game and look very cool indeed. In this Pokemon Sword and Shield guide, we are going to go over how you can catch the Galarian form of Moltres.
How To Catch Galarian Moltres In Pokemon Sword And Shield
While progressing through the Crown Tundra DLC storyline you will come across a pink tree. Once you have reached this point in the story, you can proceed to find the legendary birds in the game. You will trigger the cutscene for the legendary birds and when that happens you need to head over to Dyna Tree Hill.
The three legendary birds are going to be roaming around in the open world. Moltres can be found on the Isle of Armor. It is flying around and can even go over water. Intercept it when it is on land and use the whistle/bell to get the attention of the Pokemon. This will allow you to battle it and then capture it.
